Help us gather valuable feedback from library patrons! During this shift, volunteers will staff our survey table and encourage visitors to participate in the library’s surveys, including the Adult Services Survey, Youth Services Survey, and Customer Service Survey.
Tasks may include:
- Greeting patrons and inviting them to take a survey
- Explaining the purpose of each survey and how feedback helps improve library services
- Distributing small giveaway items, such as stickers and candy, to participants
- Sharing information about the Adult Services Survey prize drawing for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card
- Keeping the survey table organized and stocked with materials
We're looking for volunteers who are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people of all ages. This is a great opportunity to build communication and customer service skills while helping the library better serve our community!
